Our ice cream is made every morning in our own production in Sankt Stefan ob Stainz. You’ll find it in Graz city centre, at Augarten, in Wetzelsdorf and in Sankt Stefan ob Stainz.
Plus freshly baked bubble waffles, lolly waffles, gluten-free crêpes, mini pancakes, smoothies and milkshakes — to go or to stay.

Our ice cream is made fresh every day in small batches in our own production in Sankt Stefan ob Stainz — with organic milk from Mantscha Müch, our farmer near Graz, and mostly organic fruit. We buy as regionally as we can. No compromises.
Pistachio made from 100 % pistachios instead of a nut blend. Sorbets with more than 40 % fruit instead of the usual 20. You can taste it in every scoop.

Our milkshakes are made with organic milk from Mantscha Müch and your favourite flavour from the display — so creamy you’ll want a spoon. Available at all four locations.
